CANCELATION  POLICY 

Because we value and respect your time, we kindly ask that you do the same for us. We provide a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled if the grace period has lapsed. 

A minimum of 24 hours is required prior to cancellation for all services. In the event of a no-call, no show, a nonrefundable fee of 50% of the service amount will be charged to your card on file.

REFUND POLICY 

At Roxee, our mission is to always put our clients first. That is why we only use high-quality, professional products, and all services are performed by a licensed professional with extensive amounts of experience and continued education. 

In the event you are not satisfied with a service we provided, we encourage you to reach out and let us know. Roxee Salon guarantees all services within 5 days of the original appointment. During that time, we will offer you a complimentary adjustment service. All adjustment services are performed at the stylists’ discretion. 

*Corrective colors cannot be guaranteed, all new chemical service guests may be subject to filling out a chemical release form.*

All sales are FINAL. No cash or credit card refunds. 

No in-store credit.

HAIR EXTENSION  POLICY 

All hair extension services are performed by a licensed and certified hair extension specialist. During the initial extension consultation, you will be required to put down a non-refundable deposit of the total amount of extension costs and supplies as well as the service cost to apply for the extensions.

There are NO refunds on hair extensions and all hair sales are final.
